Today I'm going to be telling you one of my secret tips to becoming a fluent English speaker.

今天我要告你一个我自己的秘诀，帮你变得流利。

It is very simple, it's just something you need practice.

很简答，你只需要做一些练习。

So, when you think in your head,when you think about things, you probably think in your own language. I think in my head in English. If you are from Spain, you might think in Spanish. If you are from Saudi Arabia,you might think in Arabic.

当你在脑子里想事儿时，你可能是用自己的母语来想—— 我用英语，如果你是西班牙人，你大概就会用西班牙语。如果你来自沙特阿拉伯，你可能用阿拉伯语。

So what you need to do in order to improve your English is by thinking in English.

所以，为了提高英语，你要做的是——用英语去思考。

It sounds quite simple,but it can be quite hard to get the hang of.

听起来很简单，但要熟练掌握还是挺难的。

You might be thinking about food.You might be thinking about what you're having for dinner tonight.

Well ,think about this in english, in your  head and think about the words, think about how would you say tonight I'm having steak，Instead thinking about it in your own language.turn your native head language in to English.

比如你正在想食物，想着今晚吃什么。那就用英语来想，在脑子里构思词语，想怎么表达“今晚我要吃牛排”，不要用母语，把母语转换为英语。

This will help you practice words which you've learned, words which you might find hard, and it will just generally get you used to speaking fluntly in your head.

这会帮你练习你已经学会的词汇，那些你觉得很难的词，而且会帮你习惯在脑子里“流利表达”。

If we change our thinking language into English,then we will be thinking about English constantly.24-7 all the time.English will be in your head.

And the more you repeat in your head, the more confident you will feel.

如果我们变成用英语思考，我们就可以全天候使用英语，脑子里全是英语，脑子越多重复，感觉就会越自信。

Now you can't just think, because it's important to speak to become a fluent English speaker, you need to repeat and practice speaking.

If you're in a private place,you're not in work or you're not talking to someone, just spend a bit of time on your own,and just say these word that you're tinking out loud.Maybe think out loud.

Speak what you're thinking to yourself in English.And I promise you this will help.

而且你不能仅仅是“想”，因为“说”也是很重要的。你需要不断练习“说”。

如果你实在一个私密的地方，不是在上班或者跟人聊天，给自己花一点时间，把脑子里想的话，大声“说”出来—— 或者大声“想出来”。

把用英语思考，并且说出来，我保证这会有帮助。

Another thing which you can do is to translate conversations which you've had in the day with a work colleague,with your mother,with one of your friends,translate conversation back into English,think about conversation which you had,or think about what the person is saying to you now.And change it in your head to English.

另一件事儿你可以尝试：翻译每天的对话，和同事的，和你母亲的，你的某个朋友，把对话翻译成英语。在脑子里回顾今天曾经发生的对话或者正在进行的对话，然后在脑子里翻译成英语。

Through doing this,you will learn how to build conversations in English.

通过这样的训练，你会学会用英语建立对话。

And if you become unsure of how to say a certain word which you said in your conversation,then ask one of your online English teachers like me,how to say this specific phrase.

如果你不确定怎么表达一些词汇，可以咨询某个在线英文老师怎么说这些词句，例如我。

So you need to think about how the conversations you've had, would have sounded if you have them in English.

所以，你需要想象曾经发生过的对话，如果用英语来进行，听起来是怎样的？

And then maybe speak them,practice on you own,practice these conversations but turn them into English conversatioins, and think about how the conversations would have sounded,if you had had it in English.

然后，你可以说出来，自己练习，转化成英语来练习。想象如果用英语进行，这些对话听起来是怎样的。

Now this has been proven to be quite successful by many of my students which I have on Skype.They told me that they have bean turning their conversations into English.

这个方法，已经被很多我Skype 上的很多学生证明是极其成功的。他们告诉我，他们把自己的对话（在脑中）转化为英语。

One of my students,actually listens to his girlfriend's talk, but while she's talking,he thinks about what she might be saying in English, as long as you can concentrate on what they are saying, and not be rude,then this is a great way to do it. This will speed up your learning and help you become fluent quicker.

其中一个学生，实际上正在听他女朋友说话，但当她说的同时，他在脑子里用英语“想象”她的话。只要你能注意到他们说话的内容，并且不显得没有礼貌，这就是个很好的方法。这回加速你的学习，帮你更快成为口语流利者。

So make English a part of  your everyday life.And it will become a lot easier.

让英语成为你日常生活的一部分，英语就会变得更简单。

So change your thinking language into English。 translate conversations in your head into English.And think about English all day everyday.It just comes down to practice more practice and repetition. These are all you need,repeat phrases in your head,speak them out make sure you're sitll speaking， because speaking is very important.The more you speak,the more you get to used to it.

把思维转化为英语，在脑子里翻译对话，然后每天想象。归根到底，所有你要做的，就是每天重复、练习在脑中转化词句，说出声来。确保要说出声，因为说也是很重要的。说得越多，就越习惯。
